One of the best ways to keep disease at bay is to include as many fruits and vegetables in your daily diet as possible. And one of the best ways to do that is to juice them. While you’re not getting the fiber, and this is a question I get asked a lot as a health coach, you are getting a major infusion right into your bloodstream of vitamins and minerals that you might not otherwise get. It is also a great way to alkalinize your blood, another way to stay healthy.
