    My name is Ellen Allard. I’m the Gluten Free Diva and I’ve been gluten free since 2005. I used to think I’d be bloated forever. It was my normal. Didn’t everyone get bloated after they ate pretty much everything?

    Then I went gluten free. And dairy free. And I began eating more greens in a day than I used to eat in a month. No, probably in 3 months.

    And now, 8+ years later, I’m a totally different (and way happier) person. And the bloat? Gone. Bye-Bye bloat! I love my life.
